I’m Eve, the founder of EVE CO, LLC, and a trusted advisor to individuals, business owners, and emerging leaders seeking clarity, structure, and confident direction.
With a strong foundation in business and leadership, I bring both strategic insight and real-world perspective to my work. I hold two master’s degrees in Business Management and Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, which have equipped me with a deep understanding of how people, processes, and performance come together to drive meaningful results
WHY I DO THIS WORK
My journey with financial literacy began early.
At 15, after watching my parents lose their business, I became deeply focused—some might say obsessed—with financial freedom. I wanted to understand money, systems, and how decisions compound over time.
By 21, with mentors' guidance, I purchased my first home and established a living trust. Not because I had it all figured out—but because I learned that having the right support changes everything.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked in municipal and government environments, gaining deep insight into systems, compliance, operations, and long-term planning. For the last 10 years, I’ve run my own business and helped others do the same—supporting individuals and organizations as they build stability, growth, and confidence.
Today, I’ve built a successful business and a growing real estate portfolio. But none of it happened by accident.
It began with knowledge, mentorship, and help.
That’s why my mission is simple:

She is the proud mother of an incredible young man and has been married to her supportive and devoted husband for 23 years.
Traveling
A travel enthusiast, Eve has explored destinations such as Hawaii, Qatar, Spain, France, and most recently, the beautiful landscapes of Costa Rica.
Running
When she’s not on the soccer field or traveling, she enjoys training for half-marathons and marathons.
